Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, BellaDarra is unable to add, amend or cancel any items. Our courier network capabilities are restricted to some destinations, on what we can or cannot ship to certain countries.  

It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay the duties and taxes and/or any other charges if they are applicable.

BellaDarra will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.

BellaDarra prides itself on processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time for orders to be processed and dispatched during times of seasonal and promotional offers and unexpected freight carrier delays. 

Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided with your order. This will enable us to contact you if the need arises. Not supplying a valid phone number may result in a delay in dispatching your order if we need to contact you regarding your order.

BellaDarra reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time and that decision is final.

BellaDarra is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you have any problems related to your shipment, please contact customerservice@belladarra.com for further investigation.  Please keep all packaging material and damaged goods for supplying images for purposes of filing a claim with the freight carrier.

Our products may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or re-sold or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from BellaDarra.

Please note that BellaDarra will try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.  However, if an order is received on a Friday or a holiday, the order will ship the following business day.  

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an email with the tracking number.
